What is your return policy?

Currently, all sales at Eagles Shop are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we are planning to update our return policy on or before March 1, 2025, so be sure to check back for any changes.

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

If your order is eligible for cancellation, you can request a refund. We process refunds shortly after receiving your cancellation request, but please allow 48-72 hours for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

First, check your bank account again. If 72 hours have passed since you received confirmation of your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@eags.shop. We’ll be happy to assist you in tracking down your refund.

Are the colors of the products exactly as shown on the website?

We make every effort to accurately display product colors. However, due to variations in monitor displays, colors may appear slightly different in person. If you’re concerned about color accuracy, we recommend requesting a sample before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes an additional 3-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or the shipping address. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
